Starting Care

After consultation, you receive intake paperwork, consent forms, and scheduling details. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, then adjust cadence based on goals and progress.

Common Questions

Can I switch between virtual and in-person sessions?

Yes. If your schedule or needs change, we can adjust format when availability and licensing requirements allow.

How quickly can I usually begin after consultation?

Most clients can begin within one to three weeks depending on current openings and preferred session times.

How are superbills handled?

Superbills are provided for out-of-network reimbursement submission. You submit them directly to your insurer.

What does a typical weekly cadence look like?

Weekly sessions are the standard starting point. Frequency is adjusted over time based on goals, stability, and progress.

Are consultations clinical sessions?

No. The free 15-minute consultation is a fit and logistics call, not a full clinical assessment or therapy session.
